Dearest headversity users, we have some exciting new tool updates to add to your daily resilience practice!
This update adds 3 NEW TOOLS to the headversity practice section: Optimism, Focus, and Move
Here is an overview of the new tools available on our app:
The Optimism Tool prompts you to do 1 simple thing: list 3 good things that happened to you today. The tool is designed to be reflective and used at the end of your day. You can pick the length of your challenge to meet your own personal goals. Choose between 3 days, 7 days, 15 days, and 30 days.
Studies have shown that being optimistic can actually effect how well we cope with mental health issues in the future.
Start fine-tuning your optimism today and get started with your optimism challenge.
With all the distractions in the Brave New Workplace, maintaining our focus is increasingly difficult.
Our Focus Tool will help you prepare for upcoming situations that require you to be at your best. It’s a simple reminder tool where you can schedule in key upcoming focus moments.
For example, if you have a big presentation that you have to deliver, you can set a focus tool reminder with notes to refresh you on the situation, including what you have to do and how you need to feel to execute.
Sharpen your focus with our new Focus Tool.
As part of our Energy Management skill, our ability to get moving is a key component to feeling our best. The move tool allows you to track your daily steps average, the distance you covered, track the amount of stairs you’ve climbed and calories that you’ve burned. You can set personal goals and track them over time, too!
We’re excited for headversity users to get started with these new resilience tools! If you have any questions relating to these updates, or you just want to send us your feedback, please follow up with your account manager OR email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
