This exclusive event is open to our most valued partners and champions and we can’t wait to host you. Please fill out this form to confirm your registration and travel details.  We will follow up with specific information closer to the event, but we will use this information to plan your hotel stay and meals. Dates of Stay(Required)
headversity is covering the cost of two nights hotel stay (July 12 and 13). Please let us know if you’re planning to stay additional nights and we will do our best to extend your hotel booking on your behalf.
Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions we should be prepared for.
Flight Reimbursement Options
If you are incurring personal expenses, headversity will send you an invoice template to send in alongside any personal receipt. If you are submitting your expenses through your corporate account, please have your company send an invoice directly to headversity for expenses incurred. All receipts must be submitted to headversity by July 31st, 2023

Terms and Conditions
headversity is thrilled to host you for Calgary Stampede on July 12th and 13th. Included free of charge is the following: Flights to and from Calgary, transportation to and from the Calgary airport, two nights hotel stay in a 3 star hotel, Rodeo and Grandstand Show Tickets, Dinner on July 12th, Breakfast and Lunch on July 13th, drink tickets throughout all events, transportation to and from downtown Calgary for rodeo events. Additional expenses incurred as part of your travels will not be reimbursed by headversity.
