This is going to be a multi-year strategy; this isn’t to address COVID-19 and the political climate that might have been the catalyst. The feedback, the reception, the pull that we’re getting with headversity says this is something we’re going to keep for the long haul.
We now have clients that ask us if they can use headversity. It’s just changed the way we talk to clients about mental health, the way we talk to team members about mental health, and the conversation in general in our province around mental health.
